Breast Cancer:Early Detection

All women are at risk for developing breast cancer.  The older we get the risk increases.  Early detection increases the five-year survial rate to 98%. It is important to have an early detection plan in place.  An early detection plan should include self-breast exams, mammograms, clinical breast exams, etc.  The National Breast Cancer Foundation,Inc. has a great interactive tool to assist women with developing and sticking to an early detection plan.  Join me in making a commitment to develop and stick to an EDP today!  Having an early detection plan can save a life.
