Great article, I can only speak for myself when I say that is an area in which the Lord showed me that it was not about keeping up appearances but the genuine love displayed. I laughed when the article mentioned Better Homes and Gardens or In Style Homes, because initially I was so intent on having the perfect hoome and purchasing the proper furniture etc. However, with 3 kids and more recently a puppy--I love that you can tell that our home is a home of love and that it is lived in. I can say that I have been to some homes that were immaculate and meticulous without a piece of furniture out of place. Many times there was no hospitality or loved displayed and I distinctly remember feeling uncomfortable and rarely went back to visit.
Thanks for the article!
